Illness or family or something personal requiring me to leave the state.
How common are layoffs at KnowBe4?
Don't know of any. Only non-productive people get let go. And it's hard NOT to be successful. You gotta work at it.

Be good at whatever it is you do and agreeable to change. Our market changes and the company grows and you have to enjoy to process and be willing to change along with it.

The people. It is fun and I get to talk to my CEO whenever I need to. I love the fast pace.

It is fantastic. Love it. The general attitudes are great, playful and the environment is drama free, bright and fun.
What's the office vibe like at KnowBe4?
Laid back and fun. Not so much joking around (there is some of that but not out of hand) but productive and people pretty mellow. No drama. Since it is an open space environment, it can get a little loud occasionally but not for devs or key guys.

What's the interview process like at KnowBe4?
Easy. Once you interview, you need to focus on what you can produce or deliver, not so much experience. Just need to be yourself. If you are a good fit, you'll know right away.
What part of KnowBe4's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The entire company is growing. Once in a while, we might need to hire a little quicker for a specific position. Every area is doing well and the company staticizes every area to measure growth.
What do people at KnowBe4 think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is highly regarded, respected and admired. He is 100% accessible to his staff with a "no-door" policy. They do culture right and product very right. Haven't really found anything to be critical about after almost 4 years.
