It has been wonderful experience so far since I joined the COGENT, got a ample amount of time to learning and explore. Frequent opportunities to attend webinar to enhance the existing knowledge. Team cooperation are too good from the top management to the mid level management.

1. Regular meet up over Google meet with team and manager. That helps to share the challenges and get some good guidance

Dependency ratio is too low, this helps to focus on our own work, rather wait for someone to jump in the task

1. All are very energetic and goal oriented at the same very helpful. 2. They give time to listen the problem and suggest the solution.

1. They are very proactive to the challenges and resolve it instantly. 2.Leadership are very cooperative. 3. Very focus on the yearly or monthly manifestation of each division and this really helps us to focus on one thing at a time.
