Our Team Lead is very kind & Supportive. He is always in positive mood, which encourages our team. Gives everyone a fair chance to prove themselves.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Decrease the micro management. If by the end of the day we are achieving the goals individually then please stop keeping the records of each and everything we do. Please focus on those who don't work properly.
