It's been 1 year since I have been working with Cogent! Lovely experience with the HR management and my Recruitment Team. Also hosted and volunteered 15 august event and won holi quiz too. Sandeep Malhotra, Shweta Srivastav, HR Priya and HR Piyush have been welcoming during onboarding.

I do not feel undervalued at all. It is just that I am looking for growth in the company due to personal family reasons.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team lead Shweta is really cooperative and supportive along with the delivery manager Ashish Verma. They are responsive to our queries /concerns if any. The working environment is positive because of their understanding nature.
