What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strategic but undersrand tactic to turn vision into reality
There are a lot of strong, female leaders on the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retain talented employees instead of contracting new employees, rotation level is over 50% every month
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible/unlimited PTO time. Hours are not accrued overtime (in US)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Level it up to the current IT Market, the salaries are from 2 years behind
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great talented coworkers but all of them left the company for better companies
Engaged both virtually and in person. Everyone is working towards a common goal for success

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was really smooth, highly efficient and I could fully count on the HR representative in charge of my recruitment. I had 4 interviews, one per week, and they were all virtual (this was before COVID). I really enjoyed the process.
All of my interviews were virtual. Phone and Zoom calls were easy to connect to different leadership team.
