Mr. Ramakrishna Prasad Chintamaneni has been an Executive Vice President and President of Global Industries & Consulting at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation since December 4, 2013 and August 2016 respectively. Mr. Chintamaneni served as President of Banking and Financial Services at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation since December 4, 2013 until August 2016. From 2011 to December 2013, Mr. Chintamaneni served as Global Head of Banking and Financial Services Practice of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation and was responsible for the practice's sales, business development, consulting, client relationships, management and delivery and global profit and loss. Previously, from 2010 to 2011, Mr. Chintamaneni served as Global Head of Markets for the Banking and Financial Services Practice of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation. From 2006 to 2009, he served as Head of Banking and Financial Services Practice for North America at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Chintamaneni served as Client Partner, managing the relationships with several of Cognizant's key Banking and Financial Services clients and also led its U.S. Eastern Region's Banking and Financial Services Practice. Prior to joining Cognizant in 1999, Mr. Chintamaneni spent seven years in the investment banking and financial services industry, including working at Merrill Lynch and its affiliates for five years as an Investment Banker and a member of Merrill's business strategy committee in India. Mr. Chintamaneni serves on the Board of Directors of NPower, a nonprofit that helps nonprofits, schools and individuals build technology skills by harnessing the power of the technology community. Mr. Chintamaneni obtained his Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI School of Management in India.
