What's the HR team like at Cognosante?
SCA/Government side is totally awful and at best negligent.
From the perspective of someone who worked in HR, the team is very cohesive and support each other. However because their are two sides to the business: the 'corporate ' side and the 'government contract' side and they don't mix well. I was only there 4.5 months in contract, so it is difficult to know long term effect of this dichotomy on the employee population HR serves.

What should I wear for an interview at Cognosante?
You can never go wrong by dressing up a bit for the interview, but you definitely don't want to go too casual, like jeans. Just make sure your clothes are clean, pressed and in good repair and be well groomed and you will be fine.
How often do raises happen at Cognosante?
Well if you're working on a government contract their hand is forced and then they have to give you an increase other than that no raises.
