What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's at least some diversity in leadership
Very open and available to chat

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to workers and not exploiting them. Not paying government contracted workers properly.
Understand that their employees are not robots. They need to gt up from their desks and move around. Forcing them to sit all day and punishing them for moving about is unhealthy and drives morale into the ground.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that my compensation is equal to others (men and woman, races etc) and I that compensation is appropriate for the work
I like that they allow employees to put their healthcare allowance into their 401K if they have coverage already in place elsewhere.

We love working together and our synergy brings out the best in all of us.
They are awesome and we all help eaches other out like a team should.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We eat a lot at our desks out of boredom between tasks. It just would be nice to be able to go to work without hearing people crunch on food all day long.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very collaborative culture where everyone pulls together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit asking employees to participate in fund raisers and community service that Cognosante gets recognized for. We make the company look good, and they just allow the employees to do all the work while taking all the credit.

Being challenged, appreciated, validated, and valued.
I love being with the team I work with and making a difference in the lives of people I work with and the people our company serves.
Knowing that I am helping the U.S. get health insurance and making it affordable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People need a physical outlet. They cannot sit all day except for 2 -15 minute breaks and a half hour lunch break.
