Meet with who are important only. No need big meeting every morning, just why? If results speak loudest for effort, then why the working process is highly regulated?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As someone in a higher rank, I highly suggest not to crush or sacrifice the entry-level so much as it will create a vicious cycle in the long run.
