The leadership team needs to get better at finding ways to positively motivate employees.
Leadership needs to get better at addressing the concerns and issues of a specific office instead of trying to apply the same cookie-cutter corporate policies nationwide. Management needs to be more effective - we had a great manager until our office went corporate and it's been downhill ever since.

I knew going in I would be self-employed. However, the mandatory fees on top of the commission split are very high. For example, we have a $60 monthly desk fee, a $25 monthly technology fee, a $595 annual legal defense fee, and a 3% commission fee on top of whatever our split agreement is.

Adjust for cost of living. Very underpaid compared to industry standards, resulting in very high turnover that the company is ignoring.

Similar positions at other companies pays a lot better and allows employees to work from home.
We are great at working together. We all have the skill sets to compliment and support each other. More likely to work together as a team than compete for a transaction.
They are always supportive. We are willing to refer clients when we know another agent is a better fit for them. We respect each other's differences and use them to build the team not tear down the individual.

We are in competition with each other. The meetings are a waste of time. Since they reconfigured the office, taking down privacy walls and bookshelves and not allowing assigned desks I just quit going to the office at all, as there is no reason to do so.
