My overall experience so far has been fast paced and exciting.

Overhires because they can't retain employees. The pay is different depending on where you live, but it's kind of bad nationally and they've shown no plan on fixing it (hence the exodus)

Coleman is a fast paced entrepreunureal environment. I have been fortunate to see my career grow in this high growth environment.

I have really enjoyed working here so far. Only two things, I wish the commission was better considering the amount of hours worked. The software needs to be updated, we are wasting so much time doing things a computer can do in seconds.

The amount of output and expectations are pretty steep for what is basically The smallest amount they could get away with. Meet the market and show salary on job postings
