The bonuses and IUP directly correlate to the growth and success of the regions I am responsible for.

They care about the overall success of the team and each other. They want to make a difference and we support each of their passions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Direction, focus with autonomy to do things to help everyone be successful. Seeing my staff learn and smile once they are able to see the success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of our mottos is "Work Hard Play Hard" and we focus hard at times to reach our goals but we also laugh, smile, sing and make the environment a fun one!
