My Leadership Team and Challenges they have throwing at us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work Hard and Play Hard. Company always think about the work as well on Extra Curricular activities. They always promote the Festivals and have Activities around that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership Team is always upto the mark and I feel the Learning and Challenges which they get from Collabera is helping them as well as their team under them to meet the expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are from Varied background and they dont feel that they are not learning. We give them new learnings everyday and we all together implement at the same time and that is helping them to grow.
