Incentives which realises that my hard work is evaluated and appreciate well in right manner. Shift bonuses which gives me the motivation to work hard in awkward shifts.

For me personally I felt that the interview process was very awesome when I got live scenario based questions have been asked and based on my answers I have been evaluated and selected.
