Money, the people, leadership, and the future.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their involvement. I have personally met our CEO, which I know is not the same case for a lot of other billion dollar companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have a new plan in place that makes the compensation a bit better. Stock options are limited to the top performers. I wish there was an option to buy stock in the company on a regular basis.
