I have been at Collabera for over 9 years. Overall the company has been a great work place for me where over the years I have seen professional and financial growth as well as improvement. With recent changes and new CEO coming we have seen a downfall but overall Collabera cares for its employees.

Everyone is part of one big work family and there is genuine care for the clients, candidates and coworkers.

It is a multi step interview process over a few days which truly tells the prospective employee as well as the employer if they are going to be a good fit for each other or not.
