My coworkers and how we really all became friends more than just coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all really look out for each other. We talk about anything with each other from work to personal, anything were having struggles with were here for each other. We really listen. We have fun together and really want to see each other succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in a bigger city where everything in general is more expensive. Also, most people my age are paying off student loan debt, the housing market, interest rates, etc are worse than ever. The compensation for where we are now economically is very outdated.
