At this point in my role, I’m regularly taking on responsibilities managing most of new team members, owning key cross-functional projects, and running critical vendor negotiations that go beyond the scope of my current title and salary band. B

I feel undervalued primarily because my current compensation package does not fully reflect the scope of my responsibilities and contributions to the team. Over time, my role has expanded significantly, and I have taken on additional tasks that are critical to our projects’ succes
