The tiered commission system and the fact that we start making commission immediately with the first placement, there isn't a minimal threshold to cross before commission kicks in.
There's a lot of trust in one another and open communication, which makes for a great work environment, but also benefits our clients and candidates. We also have very different backgrounds, it's always a pleasure learning about different cultures, traditions, food and customs. Never a dull moment.
Being trusted to do my job, as long as I'm meeting or exceeding my numbers, my leadership is happy. It's so nice not being micromanaged, I also love my territory, there's a ton of opportunity to make money and that's really why I'm in sales at the end of the day.
My boss trusts me to do the job he hired me for and it's really refreshing, especially working in the staffing industry. I never feel micromanaged, I'm trusted to get my job done. I love that I have that autonomy, yet there I can always come to my leadership when I need guidance.
I have full trust in my team and they have full trust in me, it's a true partnership. We work closely everyday to ensure that we're doing what's best for our clients and candidates. They're also kind hearted, hard working people with a sense of humor, I look forward to interacting with them daily.
They moved quickly, I did have several rounds and had to fly in for an in-person interview, but from start to finish it was about a week and a half total. I loved the recruiter I had, he was very transparent the entire time and really listened to what I needed. Great experience overall.
