The interviewer was pretty informative, direct and shared good visibility about the job role and was majrly transparent about what to expect.
What makes you most happy at work?
My great reporting manager, great team mates and my work right now which gives me an opportunity to make a little bit more money than my existing minimalist package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an extremely inclusive work environment where even though there might be some evident favourism, everyone does have an opportunity to grow. Might take a minute longer than others but you can surely grow well at Collabera.
