My coworkers. I could have never reached any of my goals without them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work alongside my best friends. My team members motivate me to be better and many of them inspired me to get into a lead role. We are each others biggest cheerleaders, which I feel like is uncommon in a competitive environment! Love them all like family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is #1. My team firmly believes that energy is contagious, so we all work hard as a collective group to radiate positive energy. The culture and environment to me is a feeling of constantly being supported. Everyone is caring and genuinely has your best interest at heart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is extremely good at what he does. He encourages me every step of the way and it's always the first to step in an get his hands dirty when anyone needs help. All of my leadership have worked hard to build a relationship with myself and my peers and I really appreciate that about them.
