I work for CES and it is AWESOME! It is more like meeting up with family every day, than going to work! It is an cohesive and congenial work environment - filled with brilliant people who want to do what is best for our clients. Great place/division to work with and for!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My bonus plan - while contingent on some criteria that are out of my control - is quite nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are more like family than just co-workers or teammates. We work and work hard, but we make time to laugh and joke and get to know each other on a personal level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have know the EVP for many years and he is a wonderful person - along with being a wonderful manager. He pushes us to be our best in our jobs and at work; but he is concerned with our personal well-being. It makes us all want to work harder for and with him.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere of "we are all in this together." If one team or teammate has time, they always reach out to see if they can be of assistance to another. There is always "please don't hesitate to ask" at the end of every meeting or email and it is genuine. Everyone is excited to see others succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was so nice - and accommodating. It was the height of COVID and everything was ZOOM or Teams; but Collabera recruiting and HR was full of options and backup and contingency plans to get thing done. And they were fast. If they said, "you will receive it today" it was in my inbox today.
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction of a job well done. When I do my job well - when I help my team do a job well - we win business, new employees are hired, and the company grows. I feel good when I can convince my team to give 100% in the right direction and it culminates in a win!
