
It felt more like a productive discussion than an interrogation. I was allowed to ask a lot of questions. I was able to meet with some future team members who I would be working with on a daily basis.
They were transparent and knew what they wanted.
I like being able to interview with a couple of different folks, including the CEO. Getting a better understanding of the company's leadership and vision really helped me evaluate whether this place was a good fit.
That they took the process seriously - it's not a quick hire quick fire type of company
typically varies from team to team, but it is not a templated version...it is a good mix of technical, behavioral and team bonding questions
