The Executive Team gives great presentations!

The weekly Friday team building activities.

The best part is they value diversity of thought; if you have a good idea and it can help the company, they will evaluate and implement it regardless of who presented the idea.

Weekly team building sessions and Forecasts!!

people are respectful and helpful in general.

Culture is a work in progress as the company grows, two locations are dictated by the types of workers with SG&A in East and PD&E in West
