My coworkers are the best part of my day, I love interacting with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus percentage has gone up with my promotion and is at a fair percentage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a lot of skype meetings so I was able to meet everyone face to face even though they weren't in town.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in coaching their employees, they are honest, and there is a set career path laid out. But most of all they treat you like an adult.

We find ways to collaborate, they are always there for a chat when you need them. But most of all they are good at what they do and I can count on them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a flexible environment yet people are still in the office and really get to know each other. we do charity and team bonding events that keep you looking forward to the next one.
