Understanding the resource needs, providing solutions to help the work/life balance

Leadership need to work on developing their team. No one asks what we might like to improve on, it’s assumed and usually ends up being something that doesn’t apply to many people.

Very condescending, horrible work atmosphere. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
