Understanding the resource needs, providing solutions to help the work/life balance
Leadership need to work on developing their team. No one asks what we might like to improve on, it’s assumed and usually ends up being something that doesn’t apply to many people.
Very condescending, horrible work atmosphere. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Employee Value Proposition, Pay Range Positioning, Growth Opportunities, referral program etc.
Compensation includes everything an employee would expect or need from their employer plus a couple added benefits to sweeten the deal.

I have one team member that is outstanding. The rest appear to be simply out for themselves. No teamwork functions to speak of, and a lot of back-stabbing.
