It's collaborative and we have a big appetite to try things new. We are not afraid to carve the way for the industry and be a true leader and expert.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The size, scope and complexity of our organization is different then other international public companies, so it's about finding the right balance especially for the ones that will be leading the company into the next 5-10 years of growth.
