We need to get better at communication, especially in person. We constantly use computers and email to communicate with one another, and then when someone has a complaint it never gets fully resolved.

This place does not utilize my talents. All they care is how much their loan volume is and how much more fees they can charge. There should be a complete study about gender page gap at this company to reveal the truth about how they treat female vs. male employees.
