The stock options and health plan that is available to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to get better at communication, especially in person. We constantly use computers and email to communicate with one another, and then when someone has a complaint it never gets fully resolved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How my manager will come up to me multiple times during the day to ask me how I am doing and if I need to take a break. Shows that they really care for their employees
