My job and office staff doing their obligation to their workers.
Better pay , a raise every year , increase the 401k 1% is nothing and why do we need to pay from are money the administration fee of the 401k that is more then 1% of they contribute

There were no benefits at all
Reimbursement for my Mileage from the company.
I feel undervalued due to my pay rate being significantly lower then those in my positions. I maintain a high level of excellence within my work and saved the company money by finding alternative methods of operations. I would feel better if I was put on salary and was offered additional benefits.

Hours are unreliable, compensation is below average.
Pay is for a part time position and benefits were promised after 90 days but owners put off employees till they demand insurance.
