Comfort Keepers Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My health benefits and the fact that dental is offered as well.

It was fairly done, and acceptable..

The overtime and gas reimbursement.

401k just started but insurance is delayed

Review from Operations Dept

I appreciate the overtime, holiday pay, and mileage reimbursement.

The work is worth the pay

Review from Customer Support Dept

Retired Navy, no interest in benefits package.

The choices we are given

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My job and office staff doing their obligation to their workers.

Better pay , a raise every year , increase the 401k 1% is nothing and why do we need to pay from are money the administration fee of the 401k that is more then 1% of they contribute

If I am paid the 401k, social security, Medicare and medicaid contributions i made for over two years. contributions,

Benefits, adequate pay and respect

Better pay and better work environment with bosses

If they treated you like person nit machines

Review from Customer Support Dept

There were no benefits at all

Reimbursement for my Mileage from the company.

I feel undervalued due to my pay rate being significantly lower then those in my positions. I maintain a high level of excellence within my work and saved the company money by finding alternative methods of operations. I would feel better if I was put on salary and was offered additional benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

The constant disrespect of scheduling

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel they could give us better benefits.

Having some kind of employees benefits like insurance, or 401k

Review from Customer Support Dept

we need a much higher salary for what we do

Although I like the people I work with, I feel like I'm not paid what I deserve.

Review from Operations Dept

no offer of health benefits, pick and choose who to give xmas cards and gifts to etc..

Review from Customer Support Dept

Hours are unreliable, compensation is below average.

Pay is for a part time position and benefits were promised after 90 days but owners put off employees till they demand insurance.
