Not being salary, but in an hourly position that has a strong OT potential throughout every pay period.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Neither the management or the Owners are professional. They do not help employees with work due to being understaffed they expect the one employee on duty to be able to manage the entire hotel including doing laundry, front desk, and housekeeping if needed.
