Neither the management or the Owners are professional. They do not help employees with work due to being understaffed they expect the one employee on duty to be able to manage the entire hotel including doing laundry, front desk, and housekeeping if needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The whole system and how the hotel is managed. It has lost so much business because of the way management treats and handles guests.

I mean just anybody that doesn't like absolutely love their job say that they're excited to go I mean I don't mind going it's not like I'm going to see a really gorgeous mid 30s newly single woman who wants to marry marry you know I try to stay positive about it
