Out of 9 Comic-Con employee reviews, 43% were positive. The remaining 57% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Comic-Con improve their work culture.
They need some training on how to run an organization and how to manage people. It's run like a club. So much favoritism and unprofessional behavior. So many of them in leadership lack the actual qualifications to do what they do.
More money, it would be great to get a raise
Underpaid, undervalued, underappreciated. I've never been treated worse as an employee at any other job I've had.

Give the managers training on how to manage people. Stop pitting people against each other. Pay fairly. Actually create promotional and growth opportunity for employees to it helps with retention.
