- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Paying a livable wage would be nice. Bankers should be making $18+, assistant branch managers should EASILY be making $25 and BMs $30+ an hour. Pay us what we are worth!!! Youre losing employees to other banks because we arent making enough.
