What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Optimism about the future and our ability to win by making our customers successful
Very collaborative environment... lots of openness and transparency
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Words should be followed by actions. New strategy need to be trickled down to every department, not only senior level. Take employee feedback seriously.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiters are top notch at this company.
Thoughtful discussions that went beyond standard interview and gave a better sense of the actual culture
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speak english, and maybe do an interview in person.
What makes you most happy at work?
Remote work is nice to have. Excellent technical support from IT.
Ability to manage and execute multiple, diverse projects
