Ms. Barbara Toczko Maculloch has been the President of Pennsylvania Banking of Community Bank System, Inc. since January 25, 2017. Ms. Maculloch served as Senior Vice President and Pennsylvania Market Director at Community Bank System Inc. since November 9, 2016 until January 25, 2017. Ms. Maculloch serves as Senior Vice President and Pennsylvania Market Manager of Community Bank, N.A. and Community Bank Wealth Management Group. With nearly 30 years experience, Ms. Maculloch joined Community Bank in 2011. Her previous employers include M&T Bank and PNC Bank where she served as Vice President and Market Manager for both of their Private Banking Divisions. Over the past 12 years, she has been heavily involved in her community; chairing 15 fund raising events which have generated over $1.5MM for numerous charitable causes. She served as the 2013 United Way Chairperson in Luzerne County, PA. Board affiliations have included the Osterhout Free Library, Leadership Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County Community College, FM Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, Greater WB Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming County United Way and Leadership Wilkes-Barre. Ms. Maculloch is also a member of Circle 200. A graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre, she was also honored as their 2009 recipient of the Community Distinguished Leadership Award. Over the 15 years, she has been heavily involved in the communities she represents. Having chaired over 20 fund raising events and assisting multiple fund raising committees, which have generated over $6MM for numerous charitable causes. She served as the 2013 United Way Chairperson in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Board affiliations have included United Way of Wyoming Valley, Geisinger Wyoming Valley Council, Osterhout Free Library, Luzerne County Community College Foundation, FM Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, Greater WB Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming County United Way and St. Vincent DePaul Kitchen. She is a member of Circle 200. A graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre, she was honored as their 2007 recipient of the Community Distinguished Leadership Award. In 2015, she was named one of the Top 25 Women in Business through the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal and in 2016, the North Branch Land Trust recognized Maculloch with their Community Stewardship Award. Ms. Maculloch is a graduate of Misericordia University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance.
