Holding company is great, executive management of our bank is atrocious.
Overall my experience with the Bank has been wonderful. Every employer has it's positives and negatives, but in my experience the positives of working for the Bank far outweigh the negatives.
I have nothing but very good things say about being an employee here. They are very fair to their employees.
