He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advanced to Senior Audit Manager during his eight-year tenure. In 1994, Mr. Kingsley joined Carlisle Companies as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer, where he held full financial reporting responsibility, including financial and operational due diligence for acquisition activity. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Carlisle Engineered Products in 1997, concurrent with an acquisition that nearly doubled the subsidiary's size and maintained other operating responsibilities, including those related to human resources, information technology, market development and manufacturing operations. Mr. Kingsley is a graduate of Clarkson University.
