They encourage growth by generously appreciating, kindly correcting, and setting clear expectations. They genuinely care about my goals and dreams in all aspects of my life.

The pay is very generous.
Decent but not great. 401k match is pathetic and still needs to vest.

We all have a dedication to our goals collectively and achieve those goals together. We also brainstorm and are open to new ideas.
