I feel undervalued because i went through classes in the company to learn more. And i get paid the same amount as someone who didnt.
My boss orders me around like a child instead of speaking to me like her employee. My boss also when upset with me will purposely act like I'm not even present, while I'm standing right there!

I was told I would get a raise in 90 days if I was not late and did not call off sick. I didn't do that and never got a raise. I have been there nearly a year now and I still do not make a living wage.

Equally pay for all not just executive staff
I have had a review turned in for over 60 days. I have received my increase in my pay. When I ask about my review I am told it will get done. I am still asking when? When you treat my review with little regard its hard for me to feel appreciated and valued.
I was injured because of the work that I do and because I wasn't actually injured at work it wasn't covered under workman's comp. The company also forced me to take a leave of absence instead of trying to find help me out. They are all about the money!! The pay is awful as well.
