Making $16.00 per hour and working with servers and premium making $3.00 or more dollars per hour to do the exact task I am performing. They get to distribute uniforms then go on to their assigned job they were hired to perform. I was transferred to another department with a cut in pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because i went through classes in the company to learn more. And i get paid the same amount as someone who didnt.

My boss orders me around like a child instead of speaking to me like her employee. My boss also when upset with me will purposely act like I'm not even present, while I'm standing right there!

Morepay and overtime as neede

Who is doing too many jobs have too many people and not being compensated for it. The pay stinks in there.

Parental Leave for Managers or non-union employees.

That it was a fair range per hour as I'm an hourly. I would just like to see one of my pay stubs.

Associates being paid between the pay range (starting rate) and not under paying. Having communication training and assure we follow rules and regulation provided by Compass Group. Holding management accountable.

I was told I would get a raise in 90 days if I was not late and did not call off sick. I didn't do that and never got a raise. I have been there nearly a year now and I still do not make a living wage.

No maternity leave. No accommodation for lactating mothers upon return to work.

At least meet the national average for certified job titles

The management makes this a bad comapny

My benefits cost me $800 a month. And the amount i pay out of pocket at the drs office is also high.

Equally pay for all not just executive staff

I have had a review turned in for over 60 days. I have received my increase in my pay. When I ask about my review I am told it will get done. I am still asking when? When you treat my review with little regard its hard for me to feel appreciated and valued.

I was injured because of the work that I do and because I wasn't actually injured at work it wasn't covered under workman's comp. The company also forced me to take a leave of absence instead of trying to find help me out. They are all about the money!! The pay is awful as well.
