When I am working with staff who are treated fair and know their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning how to manage people and their responsibilities. Practice policy and procedures and not guess what a staff member discussed with you.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Everyone given the same opportunities and going through the same procedures. Some staff members brought their relatives through the back door and got hired immediately. I saw lots of unfairness in the hiring process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Making $16.00 per hour and working with servers and premium making $3.00 or more dollars per hour to do the exact task I am performing. They get to distribute uniforms then go on to their assigned job they were hired to perform. I was transferred to another department with a cut in pay.
