people are not on time, they lack professionalism in the meetings. Working like a team , helping each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
downtime is great , there is a decent amount of off time in between semesters and it allows you to rejuvenate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the leadership team should get better a leading. We are people being lead by people and we should be treated like people. treat your team like they matter, treat your team like they matter and your team will treat their positions the same way. A happy team is a proficient team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had a review turned in for over 60 days. I have received my increase in my pay. When I ask about my review I am told it will get done. I am still asking when? When you treat my review with little regard its hard for me to feel appreciated and valued.
