The leadership team does great its the middle management team that has to get there act together.

I interviewed with the Director and the person I was to replace and at that time is was great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The local management decides always to go with the low number on their guide even though the employee deserves more. This is because their bonuses depend on savings and short changing an employee is the easiest way to do so.
