Going home and not having to work more after I go home
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees are too petty and narrow-minded most of the time. There is bickering and a general air of unprofessionalism amongst most employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I literally do the job of two or three people, and took a pay cut for this job. The 2 week vacation allowance, in today's market, for an employee with over 15 years of experience is laughable - not competitive at all.
