for the most part I really enjoy my job. I get along well with almost everyone. I love the fast pace. I just don't like the way they treat us

everyone works hard together towards the same goal. and we have fun too

Better communication. Policy needs to be enforced the same way from stand to stand.

I enjoy the fast pace, most of the people I work with and meeting happy, friendly customers

It was quick and painless. thet will hire pretty much anyone, it's up to you to keep it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the employee's attitudes can make or break a night. but when everyone is happy and excited to be there, it makes for a great night
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the new hourly minimum wage, my job title became obeolete and I only had the opportunity to step down or step up, and they don't pay nearly enough for the new job title. and there are no compensations. no paid time off, medical, dental etc.. so something would be better than the nothing
