What are some of the best things about your team?

They support the company and each other. They get involved with many initiatives, pay attention to detail and gets assignments done on time. Collaborative, competent and creative. Fun group!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honesty! They lie about creating new positions and providing salary increases even when the provide evidence. They are not to be trusted and are trying to push outstanding employees out of their jobs. They make bad, uninformed decisions and do not communicate info. Very secretive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Initiatives I brought to the organization and my work was stolen by a peer and leadership ignored the facts. Took my work and gave it to a person who was threatening to leave. She was given a newly created position and compensated with higher salary than mine with 35 yrs experience
