Hourly employees who are considered Admin Assistants are not treated as the professionals we are, in my opinion. This leads to a lessening in productivity. Again in my opinion and not me personally but people don't enjoy being treated like we're 12 years old. The whole clocking in/out is ridiculous

They are the hardest working people I know, particularly what they were asked to do during the pandemic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Manager needs to lighten up and not control every single aspect. She needs to trust her employees. It creates a toxic environment.
