What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To get to the next level, CEO must learn to think like a big fish instead of a small fish and let go of the need to control everything. Part of that is having the maturity to recognize his own limitations and expertise. Micromanagement makes for a terrible employee experience and stifles creativity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent health benefits and pre-tax transit benefits.

brilliant minds work here, most with little working experience. Need strong leadership that is empowered to develop talent

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR does a great job of trying to inject positivity into the culture with Happy Hours, employee recognition, etc.

process was quick and painless... the disappointment came later when the job and role did not live up to the expectation set during interviews
