I've had a great experience so far! Colleagues are fun to work with and there's plenty of opportunities to learn new tools and skills.

My overall experience is great. I'll say that on Exchange, we're still in early phases of process development so for people to thrive on our team, they have to be very comfortable with making up approaches as they go and taking time to teach themselves all of our tools.

making progress in how the exchange team works more efficiently, hitting goals

Not sure who is being referenced in the leadership team - like Exchange team leads? I like some of the recent initiatives like automatically awarding Postals to first time submitters
